Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Your typical summer wear....but in my opinion, avoid whites. The pollution in some districts aren't too friendly.......your whites become red and brown and colours i didn't even know existed......especially if you're on a motorbike.......

Miscellaneous: are items I brought back with me along with fond memories of course.. This set of "hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil" monkeys were given to me from a friend. Very intricate work and a great shelf hogger!

Miscellaneous: I think Vietnam is becoming very popular with the snake wine. almost everyone that i know who has been to Vietnam owns a bottle or two. Great for display and the envy of your friends. The 2-1.5 litre bottles set me back 10 Cdn dollars. Only difficult thing was explaining what they were to Canadian customs.

Miscellaneous: The following 3 photos are cloth posters I bought off a walking salesman. The posters just captivated me when i saw them. I had a friend haggle for me and dropped the price almost 50% totaling 5USD for all three. You just can't go wrong with that!
