Not necessarily a nightlife venue, the highly praised traditional Thai massages are located all over the Kingdom. The back breaking torture amazingly leaves you refreshed and rejuvenated. Thailand masseuses are well trained in the art of what seems to be pain and pleasure all in one session.

My absolute favorite watering hole in Bangkok. At the corner of Asoke and Sukhumvit Road, this bar boasts a couple of pool tables and a well attentative but not so pushy staff. A great place to sit and relax thinking of what's in plan for the remainder of the night.

Otherwise known as Royal City Avenue. A complete block of discos with the flashiest lights and the hippest music. Can’t tell you more than that because I arrived on the scene at 9Pm, a little too early I guess for the rest of the party goers for anything to start happening. I had to whip out my ID because the bouncers thought I was Thai and underaged. Thought that was funny...

Or just NEP/Nana for regular returning customers of Bangkok. A 3 story complex and adult entertainment area with over 20 bars situated between Sois 3 and 4, opposite the famous Nana hotel. Main patrons remain with the male visitor and with many Katooeys (ladyboys) frequenting the grounds.

Most laid back of the 3 main male orientated nightlife scenes. Still a seedy location but there are many bars around the soi that are worth the time to check out.
