B.A. is my favorite South American city. It is a huge, bustling metropolis whosw population is mostly of European descent. Most people look Italian, and the women are beautiful. There are ample opportunities for nightlife, shopping, and site seeing. Plan to spend at least a week here to see and do everything on your list.
