The Premier County

County Tipperary, known as the Premier County, is Ireland’s largest inland county and contains numerous places of interest.

The Rock of Cashel and Caher Castle are two of Ireland’s outstanding sights while the beautiful scenery around the Knockmealdown Mountains and the Galty Mountains make Tipperary a great place for hiking and walking.

Also, Tipperary is home of The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), which controls the hugely popular sports of Gaelic Football and Hurling. The GAA was founded at Hayes's Hotel in the town of Thurles in 1884 and Tipperary has traditionally been one of the stronger counties in hurling.

I think I'd be a little nervous on a mountain with the words knock me and down in it ;-)
