Welcome to Bath

Aquae Sulis

Without a doubt Bath is one of England's finest cities. There is lots to see here and it's a place I could well imagine myself living in. Bath has the good mixture of a youthful population - with one of England's best Universities, - historical buildings, and great museums.

Memories

I first vistied Bath in 1990 with my family. My only memory from that trip was taking a tour on the river - the tour started from the spot where the boat is in the picture - and the picture shown captures the exact image of Bath which I had in my mind...strange...

... and twelve years later I returned with my girlfriend for a day-trip to Bath. Hopefully it won't be 12 years before I visit again.

Wow, you've read all the Jane Austen books! No wonder you liked that museum. (I've only read one, I must admit, and that was quite a while ago.) I went to Bath once with my then-ten-year-old son because he had a thing about Romans.
