Budget Hotel in Azrou and other Azrou, Morocco Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

There were very few tourists in Azrou when we visited in late March so we had our pick of the hotels. We chose Hotel des Cedres, a one-star hotel on the main square. It cost 104 Dh for a double, with hot showers costing extra at 10Dh each. Our room was large and opened onto a long, shared balcony overlooking the square.

There was no shower and bathroom in our room so we had to use the shared bathrooms on the corridor. However, as we were the only guests, they were exclusively ours. The men running the hotel were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here immensely. Breakfast isn't included in the price but it is available in the cafe downstairs or in any of the other cafes on the square. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel, with excellent food at good prices.
