Although it is not among the largest cities , it has its own special charm and atmosphere. Bratislava has a long history, and its architecture relics that you can admire, are a chronicle of the town’s life in past and present. The historical giant of the town is the Bratislava castle, which presently serves as a museum. The appearance of the town is complemented by many church spires. Most of them are small, but still very beautiful.
As Bratislava lies on the bank of the Danube and on the foot of the Small Carpathian Mountains, it has beautiful surroundings. It seems impossible to find such a beauty near a town as Bratislava is, it can offer you a great number of wonderful sites where you can relax and enjoy in beauty of the nature.

Im flying to Budapest tomorrow & will stop by Bratislava a few days later, your pages are great, together with the forum replies helped me so much to prepare my trip , I cant wait to be there & will surely add my pix afterwards....
