One place I will surely return to with my backpack is Yosemite National Park. I love the Alps and so I immediately felt at home in these surroundings. What a joy it must be to stay here longer and go into the backlands. Explore this magnificent mountainarea that seems to hold a new splendid view behind every corner. This is ultimate backpackland (together with the Canyonlands Park in Utah) and even when I think of it I am flying on clouds. Anyone that visits California and likes nature should go here. One the highlights of this continent. |
