The Golden gate Bridge is most beautiful from the Sausolito-side, so you have to cross it by foot (a long walk!), bike, car or during the guided tour of the city. From this side you have the city on the bay on the background. In it's time a considered technical impossibility, that since then was able to withstand several earthquakes!
