"Krymsk, combination of nature and oilfields." Krymsk by Pavlik_NL
Krymsk Travel Guide: 11 reviews and 14 photos
Somewhere just before the town Krymsk we went off from the main road that came from Krasnodar. Our little bus bumped over inland paths and one oil-installation after the other was passed until we reached a quiet little forest in which a creek tried to run down from the mountainvalley. Here a few local guys made a campsite that could be used for free (where in the world do you still find these places?!?).
It consisted of a wide field, for playing football or other teamsports, at the gate (with little wooden bridge over the river). Then several blockhuts were in between the trees. First one that was used for dining with a large table and a open fire place (to "shasliek" = barbecue). Little more in the forest a sauna and a banya (Russian sauna). Deep in the forest were few cabins where one can stay overnight. There is a simple toilet and as well a waterpit. The guys also have a specific kind of humor as signs (if you can read Russian) with funny names for the different objects.
Presenting from left to right and upper to lower:
Two guys that run the campsite, Anya, Natalya Sergjevna, and Julia.
Irina with Ilja, Fred, his wife Olga and son, Sasha.

I need to get from airport in Krasnodar to Krymsk. How far is it? Maybe my husband's brother who lives in Krymsk could pick me up at the airport. Otherwise train or bus. What is best?
Very true. I have seen this on the road between Krasnodar and Krymsk.
