Driving back from La Bufadora - Ensenada

A small harbor town about 90 minutes south of San Diego. (not including time spent crossing the border). There are several ways you can get there; car, boat or bus. I haven’t gone by boat (Carnival Cruise Lines) - and you can find out about the other two ways in the travel section. Ensenada has basically a one street tourist area that incorporates about 8 blocks, filled with bars, places to eat and little shops and hotels. This place caters to a weekend party crowd from San Diego. There are some good restaurants around town, but the best tacorias are a couple blocks away from the touristy parts. I like going down and chill’n here for a weekend. The people there are very warm and friendly and the beer and food are cheap.

Guess what? Someone the other day asked me about Mexican wrestling masks (Yes, I know....I know some bizarre people), thanks to your informative page, I told them to go to Ensanada! Doesn't it feel great knowing you helped a total stranger from afar?? ;-)

Really interesting! It brought me memories to see the mask of "El Santo, el enmascarado de plata". BTW, In BsAs they call mangos to the money. Ask them if the like mangos... (-;

Thats an amazing blow hole you found. I didn't know about it either. You found some good deals on accomm & food. You have great tips.. you sure need to know them.
