Cha-Cha-Cha: Sangria & Tapas (Haight Dist)

A combo of Carabian–Cajun–Mexican joint that goes the tapas route and always has Sangria flowing non stop. Lively and fun with really good food. Cool bar attatched.

They don’t take reservations – plan to wait – plan to drink.

After you are thru with the clubs and bars of the Haight at 2am and need a little something to fill that munchie-monster growl…than this is where you will most likely end up, Escape from New York Pizza. Is it good? If you are here during the day or evening, you can find better food. At 2am, on the other hand… it is the best thing.

This restaurant gets my thumbs up - outstanding food, good service, at a price you can’t beat. Both times the bill came to about $12 a person, and half the people had a drink.

My son and girlfriend bought a very nice old Spanish style house in the Mission area last year and they say the district is coming up! Check out his site at www.comdeymagic.com:):)
