Montjuic: one of my best nights out - ever

  • Nightlife Spot: Poble Espanyol

apparently during the day, a kind of little plaza/castle where they can have a fast look in different cultures and architectures of Spain.

but when i was there at night, it was to see a highly ranked international DJ spin. my admission paid for the entrance in Poble Espanyol and the main nightclub where he was performing. ($15) there were other swanky bars playing different kinds of music located in here as well. It seemed to be one of the bigger places for the 20-sumpthins to go to. I had an OUTSTANDING time here! but since this was more like an event, i am unsure what this plac is like on "normal" weekends.

i am assuming it caters to the electronic/house music scene.

(if anyone can provide me what this place is like on a normal weekend night - that would be appriciated)

    Theme: Nightclub
    Dress Code: no tennis shoes.
Directions: take the subway to Parc Olimpic / Montjuïc. Walk towards the National Museum - on the last street, make a right. it is on your left (looks like a castle)
