Since I basically skipped Italy and France (Paris) on my way through Europe, I only had one goal in mind while in Madrid and that was visit its world-class museums. Madrid is home to the Thyssen-Bornemisza, Reina Sofia and Prado, 2 of which I actually got to see. The time allotted for the Prado was spent recovering from a night on the town in typical Spanish fashion. Hey, I needed a reason to go back, right? |
