Jerusalem, the most exciting city I've ever been. It's not easy to describe it. The old town isn't a big area, but three religions have sanctuaries there, the Juws, the Christians and the Moslems. There are everywhere churches or other holy places. The picture gives you an impression how close they are: In the front is the wall of the old jewish temple and in the back is the al-aqusa-mosque and the dome of the rock. |
