I was only 19 and had just graduated from highschool, when I decided to follow my dream and travel to Southamerica. So, I went all the way from Europe and didn't come back until nine months later:)
First I went to live with a family in Lima, the capital of Peru, for half a year, studying Spanish among other things. Then I went travelling in the other countries for another three months - which you can ready about in my five other pages on Southamerica.
