I had always dreamt of going to Venezia - who didn't want to see this fascinating town with water instead of streets, boats and gondolas instead of cars, old palaces, marvellous art and all swept in this mystical, romantic atmosphere? I would - could only think of very few places I wanted to visit as much as Venezia...
So guess who was excited when she went there the first time? And knew she had to go back? Did go back, and knows she must go back again some time? Me - fascinated by this marvellous place that may be sinking or not, may be overcrowded with tourists or not - one thing is sure; I will never get tired of Venice/Venezia or it's amazing atmosphere that takes your immagination flying higher than the San Marco tower...
