The Station Resort is reknown amongst the young, budget travellers, mostly those planning on skiing/snowboarding at Perisher.
It's a massive resort that offers dormitory, twin or double rooms. Package deals often include transportation to/from ski fields, lift pass and some meals.
The Station Resort hosts dance parties, karaoke, comedy & trivia nights. For the hungry, it has a foodcourt, pizza restaurant or a BBQ to cook your own. They also have ski & snowboard hire at the resort.
For those who visit in Summer, the resort is located a short drive from the lovely Koscuiosko National Park, a great place for mountain-biking, trekking etc.
Unique Qualities: Sports Oval, regular big bands & DJs playing at the nightclub, Pub, BBQ area, ski & snowboard hire and services.
Note: If you're not into the loud, party scene then I might recommend you only go in Summer or, not at all!
