Hi, I love Alaska and have been to many places along the road system. It's a great state to live in! This is a picture of me at the top of a mountain in the Brooks Range - Gates of the Arctic National Park. I did some field work there one summer. It is a very remote place and very difficult backpacking/hiking. The terrain is horrible and it is very wet. But nevertheless, it was beautiful! |
