I travelled to Italy rather a lot one year - something to do with a man! It meant that I got to see a lot of fantastic places and experience life the Italian way. Italy is a country of contrasts - mountains, beaches, architecture, high fashion etc. and is a fantastic place for a holiday. The weather is great - sun in the summer, snow in the mountains in the winter - just avoid the fog in November! The food is absolutely to die for!

Orvieto also has an interesting underground tour. More pics would have been nice with your colourful descriptions. You also obviously ate at different roadhouses to the ones where we ate!
