..and the road is very bad around the island. If you can possibly rent a bike for you,it's much better as the hire trucks in there is very weird in terms of driving. And it can get much more expensive when you want to go to the other island where no one will go others except you. It's 100baht/person compare to a bike which is only 125-15baht/day.

The land around the island is a bit dry. And bring along something to cover for your nose. You might catch a colds as it can get too dusty when those 4WD's(hire truck) will be in the bad,bad road!

At Least Do This: This may sound weird but we arrived very late so, we didn't much saw the dusty road.heheh..And I put a scarf around my mouth as I knew that the road is very bad. If you can rent a bike, it's much better!
Alternative: Rent a bike.
