When I think of Manila I would rather think of Makati!, They have huge buildings, busy people, traffic jam and also a great variety of shopping! I love coming back here again and again(anyway,its only 20 min. drive to the International airport which is NAIA) and keep my very most wonderful memories! Traffic in here is terrible, as they say, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!!
The place that you shouldn't miss when you're in town, is a visit to the "Walk the Wall of Intramuros"- a walk through a walled Spanish colonial city complete with dungeons and old churches that has survived hundred of years ago, it is called, " a city within a city" but, if you want to see the real beauty of the Philippines, like the beaches and it's waterfalls, why don't you try it's countryside since Philippines is composed of 7,107 islands and the beauty of nature is indeed Wonderful. And promise you, we have also an astounding beauty that it's worth a visit and a penny;-) |
