Nightlife Spot: The Yard Restaurant
It's been quite a while, but when I lived in Manchester, my favorite place to see some of the better regional bands was The Yard Restaurant, which has a stage with a fair sized room with a dance floor. I think they still have rock and roll, but you may be more likely to find blues bands playing here.

Agraichen Sat Feb 10, 2007 06:31 UTC I still mourn the loss of "the old Man"...and my time in Bristol. I'll have to make a trip back some day. Did you ever ski Tenney? | Lafinwithu1953 Sat Aug 26, 2006 12:15 UTC I lived in NH until 3 years ago. The weather there isn't bad, like it was when I was a kid with winter temps below zero most of the time & LOTS of snow. I was very LUCKY to be there! Now I am 3 hrs. to beach & 4 hrs. to Mts. & it's humid as hell in NC! | Helga67 Fri Jul 7, 2006 12:56 UTC Excellent tips. I can't wait to go there in Autumn. | pheasanttail Sat Jan 28, 2006 15:17 UTC great NH page. Being a Massachusetts native Nh is my get away state. My home page has alot of Nh on it.
