I've been to Maine several times have been to various locations: Kittery, Old Orchard Beach, Camden (pictured), Bar Harbor, Bangor and most points in between. Maine is quite beautiful although most of the time when I go there, I get rained on! I'm not sure if it's just me, or if that's just the way it is. . .

Maine is famous for its seacoast although the interior of the state is vast and unspoiled.

That is a really beautiful photo of the flowers! Yikes, the Fiddlehead camping spot sounds a bit too busy for my liking! Maybe the solitude of New Brunswick woods has spoiled me!?
