A place to visit again and again! We stopped in Venice after Vienna on my first ever, 2 week whirlwind European winter tour in 98-99. I went back to Venice for a couple of days the following fall of '99 and then to Rome over Thanksgiving weekend in 2001. Then in the fall of 2004, we spent a whole week in Italy, exploring the Cinque Terre in Liguria and several cities in Tuscany. Had a wonderful time hiking, sight-seeing and enjoying the food in wine of Italy! Cliff put a video together of the trip. Click here to see it! |
