I've been to Venice twice: in Jan. 1999 and Sept. 1999. In September it was quite warm, temps in the 70's & 80's Fahrenheit. Warm enough for shorts in the day and cool enough for a sweater at night. In January, the weather was very chilly, drizzly and foggy. But I'm glad we saw it then without the huge crowds. And the fog added an interesting atmosphere. Almost ghostly. I loved it both times! |
