    Getting TO/AROUND: Duty Free shuttle, its free, why wouldnt you take it. Last bus is around 10pm though. After that, either taxi or walk.

    Rent a car or scooter. Since most flights in and out of Saipan are at really horrible hours, renting a car and using it for storing your luggage while waiting for your flight is a nice option to have.
