This is amazing place from 1843.
Jean-Baptiste Buron and Hippolyte Durand Gasselin, contributed to its design, which is very elaborate and includes renaissance style sculptures.
Lot of movies have used this interior - found videoclip of Chantal Remy in there:

I only took a look at it outside. I planned to go in, but hop-on-hop-off bus was about to leave, so I only took pic. Did'nt get chance to go back. As cathedrales always are...they are built to impress and show the power.

This is an curiosity artist studio inspired by Jules Verne.
Artists are creating creatures on spot, almost all of them have some movements, offering a ride and flashing lights etc. Very interesting. Take a look at my Elephant video!

Rue la Marne
The oldest quarter of the town. This is the first area where I ended up when arriving from airport with shuttle bus. There is bus and tram stop called Commerce. Major bus and tram lines are going around the city from this place. You can find many wooden fronted medieval houses in that quarter.
In the picture is rue Marne...the red flags mark the famous Lafayette Galleries shopping centre.
Other bigger and smaller streets are worthy to explore as the architecture is great and it does have historic feel.
Address: Bouffay quarter
Directions: Quarter is on the right side of Cours des 50 Otages street
