    • You can find quaint little shops like this all along Jonker Street...most sell antiques and souvenirs, there are even one or two that offer painted wooden sandals for sale.

    What To Buy: Melaka is well-known as a haven for antiques, however if you are not an antique expert, best bring along a friend who knows the genuine from the fake.
