"Deutschland, Deutschland" Fallersleben by Sjalen

Fallersleben Travel Guide: 1 reviews and 2 photos

Fallersleben might have been just any Lower Saxon village outside the modern car town of Wolfsburg, but for the facts that it is by far the loveliest of the villages here, since it has a bit of historical architecture, and because it is the birthplace of Hoffman von Fallersleben who wrote "Deutschland Deutschland". You can see the text on his birthplace here in the picture. If you pass by on your way to get a Volkswagen or for any other reason, DO stop for a short stroll at least.
