The island of Møn is one of the nicest places in Denmark when it comes to scenery. As you approach it from Zealand, it is perhaps not that impressive, but when you reach the famous white cliffs you are in a different world, with an emerald sea and rolling hills. Moreover, this is one of the best known places in the country for heritage sites such as burial mounds and stones. Everywhere you look there seems to be a hill tomb or some other legacy. |
