GATEWAY TO VICTORIA FALLS Livingstone does not have the beauty and charm of its illustrious neighbour, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. It does, however, have a functioning economy, banks that are open, fuel for vehicles and airplanes and restaurants & bars that are open. They also have electricity all day long and food in grocery stores. This is increasingly becoming the viable option for staying near the falls. What Livingstone lacks in charm, it makes up with everything you will need during your visit. Get what you need here in town, then head for the falls and one of the Natural Wonders of the world!
