MY NEW FRIENDS, NEW NAME AND THE SHABEEN Acornhoek is never going to be a tourist destination. I spent a few days here and made loads of friends. They gave me my African name, Jabulani, and made me feel welcome. Where ever I went I was made to feel like I belonged here. This is a great place to understand part of the great South African mosaic. They also have a great shabeen to dance outside and have a great time.
