The outlying urban sprawl can put you off coming into the centre, but its actually the most tranquil part of the city, especially on a Sunday. Have a gentle stroll around and enjoy your lunch outside. It’s a shame all Capital cities don’t have this small town charm. |

Dao- good informative tips on Gaberone, with nice photos. I agree re SPAR shops! LOL! They are still popular in SA. The museum looks interesting. Heavy handed cops are a pain in many parts of Africa. |
