My name is Fran. I was born in Rome, GA, and have lived in Georgia my entire life, except for a 7-year stint in the US Air Force stationed just outside Washington DC. I'm happily married to Paul, and I have two girls, Stephanie (5) and Jessica (13). I love animals and children and not following rules. I hope my pages help, and if not, at least entertain. I'm very proud of my pictures, but I'm not much of a writer, sorry! My philosophy is: life is too short not to have fun!
