Heading North isn't all that Bad!!! After numerous vacations in Italy or France, I finally convinced my husband (then: boyfriend) to try a destination in the north, when going on a vacation with his two daughters.
We were lucky to find a nice and very reasonable appartment and so we headed north.
Not only did we have lots to discover, but we also had the best weather in all Germany!!! |

I learned about Caspar David Friedrich (great Romantic!) fm a VT German friend. Drove around Northern Germany once but Rügen seemed far fm Travemünde and I was heading to Berlin. I must get there one day! Loved your page Christine :) | christine.j Sun Jul 6, 2008 18:11 UTC
