Two years later in 1975, when I was an exchange student myself, I visited her and her family in Arizona. It was like coming home to my own family!
In 1981, my dad and I toured the US and visited again - and once again we felt so welcome!!

Grand Canyon is a most amazing place especially when there is a thunderstorm to be watched on the horizon. I did a steep 3 days hike.
