The Alsace is not very far away from us. From time to time we decide to take our camping bus and visit: either we go on an enjoyable trip through the Alsace or we just cross the border for some shopping - for delicious food or early in the morning for some fleamarkets!!!

Thanks for that great page around Alsace. We had scheduled a Haut-Koenigsbourg visit on our recent trip but the weather was not good enough! Next time! I am afraid that Riquewihr has been now completely spoilt by tourism! Too bad!

Flammekuche - there is a Misc. Forum Thread on Best Eats. Flammekuche is my ALL time favorite. I GOOGLED flammekuche for a recipe, and up came your PAGE! How funny! You have GREAT taste! ; )
