Baku is not like any Western city. The city is not very clean expect next to Caspian Sea. Near the Caspian Sea there are parks where you can just walk, and spend time. You should be carefull of traffic in Baku. Car drivers are driving quite fast there, and there are lots of cars. When traveling by taxi take copy of your passport always with you in case the police are about to stop the taxi. Avoid walking alone in the evenings.
