A Perfect Blend Of The New And Old

I arrive in Monte Carlo from Cannes via train. The whole train ride took about 50mins and passes one of the best train route I have taken so far. Unfortunately when I arrive in the train station I was a little lost as I wasn't sure which entrance should I exit but fortunately I found a hotel immediately when I got to the main road and the price was reasonable as I expected to pay a lot more here.

Border With No Fence

Monaco is quite different from most of the country as it has no fence or territorial divider with France. I walked along the supposingly border and I could not notice the different actually. One of the best example is around the Monte Carlo station Horse Shoe, where the entrance of France territory apartments leads into Monaco roads!

The photo above was taken at Monaco Main Train Station Entrance Boulevard du General Leclerc, on the left is Monaco and on the right is France
