This is a question directed to me from a couple from Sweden when I met them over a dive in TAR Marine Park in July 2001. I told nothing....!!! They have been to KK twice and only did transfer in KLIA never set foot in Kuala Lumpur(KL) before..!!!
What is there in KL, I don't know, too use to this place but sure we have got the tallest twin tower in the world now...!!! Hope no one will BOMB it :)
But I am sure there are some pages with interesting guide around KL.
For Budget travellers, I've update the hotels around KL. Hope these will help.

- Pros:good cheap food if you don't get con for being a foreigner
- Cons:careful of cabs, they are the biggest conman around
