Coming Back!

Coming back to Angkor after the first visit in end 2001 was really exciting for me. This time I took a the flight from Kuala Lumpur... :)

There has been a lot of change since my last visit, like the road infront of my guesthouse which I use to stay is now properly tar. There is also another road leading to the Ruins and of a lot lot more tourist. Now I have difficulty going up Phnom Bakheng for the sunset. I actually missed it this time.

The restaurants opposite Angkor entrance now looks so much better and there are nice toilet at least now :)

But I still enjoyed walking around the ruins with a few things which I missed on my last trip especially around the terrace of elephants.

I hope that I will be able to visit again in the next 5 years and see the difference and maybe exploring other smaller temples.

Angkor has never dissapointed me.

Beautiful pics of Cambodia. I really want to visit that mystical place, especially after the filming of Tomb Raider.
