Traveling is for me a way, to bring my life to a higher level, senses are becoming more stimulated by new views, smells, colors, tastes, sounds and different cultures .....

If I could answer this question I could ask for a lot of money as a truthteller ;-) There might be problems or not, nobody knows. It would be normal to encounter aftershocks which would not really concern me, at least we are used to them ;-) If or when another bigger one hits, nobody knows. Best you stay in the west of the city, that's the less affected part. We also think Christchurch now is the safest city in New Zealand because all the unsafe buildings have collapsed or been demolished in the meantime while in other places you do not know what happens when a big earthquake strikes.
