Provo Travel Guide: 18 reviews and 43 photos

Provo is a beautiful valley nestled between the Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains of Utah. Surrounded by mountains rising to as much as 11,700 feet that remain snow capped most of the year.

Provo is home to the Peaks Arena, host to many of the Ice Hockey events of the 2002 Winter Olympics. During the Olympics, Provo will also be hosting the International Ice Carving competition.

Provo has a great variety of excellent restaraunts. One of my favorites is the Bombay House. As the name implies, it features some of the finest Indian cuisine you will find anywhere. Another favorite among locals and visitors alike is the Brick Oven restaraunt and their Market Room Buffet featuring all you can eat Salad and Pasta bar.
