Well, I'm still young and I wouldn't consider myself a world traveler, but I'm suprised at all of the places that I've been lucky enough to be able to visit. I love to travel to new places and learn about other cultures. I feel that Americans oftentimes don't realize that there are other ways of doing things, and that other cultures may not see things as we do. We're often far too ignorant of other geographies, histories, political viewpoints, etc... I think that we need to educate ourselves about other people, and I'm trying to learn how to be a world citizen. I also learned how to scuba dive a few years ago, and while it's an expensive hobby it's a bunch of fun! My advice to anyone travelling would be to get out there, try new things, learn about different people, and have a blast!
