Capitolium Restaurant, Oradea, Romania The restaurant has one of the best service in Eastern Europe, I dare say, it is nicely deccorated and everything is done with taste, from the endowments, to the meals.
Favorite Dish: Hetvezer Tokany (Hungarian-like minced beef with a spicy sauce and dumplings)

Restaurant Nicoresti, Bucharest, Romania The price is very cheap (an average 3 course meal will not go over USD 7-8), the service is fast and - most important of all - this place is not fancy or fake, it is a normal place for regular people, just like you and me (I hope).
Favorite Dish: 'Sarmale in foi de varza cu mamaliga', in translation 'minced pork mixed with rice and spices and then rolled up in marinated cabbage leaves, served with polenta'
