Restaurant Name: Wirthschaft zum Lowen

The Wirthschaft zum Lowen restaurant is a pretty little farm house literally five feet from the Austrian border - which is sometimes patrolled, believe it or not, so bring your passport. Off in the distance you can see the Austrian town of Feldkirch. This restaurant gives the most authentic 'home' feel of any in the principality. Portions are large, the food is excellent, and the place is usually filled to the brim with the natives.

Favorite Dish: Kaseknopfl, a cheese dumpling topped with onions that is served as a main dish. This dish is apparently native to Liechtenstein.
