Kanli kula (The Bloody Tower) It was my first visit, in occasione of short excursion from Cavtat, after disintegration of former Yugoslavia. Althougu I have had some doubts, everything have passed with no problems at all.
The only inconvenience we have had on border line where our bus was stopped for more than one hour. Our tour have started in Heceg Novi - Risan - Kotor - Njeguši - Cetinje - Budva - Tivat (by ferry) - Herceg Novi and back to Cavtat in Croatia.
On this picture there is The Bloody Tower, which was erected during the Turkish rule, probably in the 16th century. |

I won't forget to go to Neguski for sir i prsut on next occasion ! I have a great memory of Kotor and of Ulcinj from a previous travel. I hoped to visit again Montenegro this Summer but it's postponed to, may be, next year. | unravelau Wed Apr 7, 2004 12:48 UTC
