Ovaj prekrsni novo-restaurirani dvorac nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini Zagreba. Kreni cestom prema aerodromu i kod semafora Velika Mlaka, neposredno iza benzinske crpke, skreni desno u pravcu Donje Lomnice. Nakon par kilometara voznje vijugavom cestom stiže se u Donju Lomnicu. Kod crkve skreni desno i nakon kojih 2-3 kilometara ugledati ceš dvorac.
This little gem is situated nearby the airport of Zagreb. You have to reach the town of Velika Gorica and from there just follow the brown coloured sign for Lukavec.

Velika Gorica is only 16 km away of Zagreb, it is in a way retained as broader Zagreb area. In the immediate vicinity of the village of Pleso is the Zagreb airport. Some 33.000 inhabitants live in the town of Velika Gorica.

The church of the Annunciation

The church date back to 1686, but was restored in 1893 by architect Herman Bolle in classicist style. It is situated in the centre of the town and worth of visit.

Dear Sir; I have always loved the quaint village in the 1971 movie, "Fiddler on the roof." Those images have never left me. Is there anyway I can get a picture of the village? I want to paint a picture of it.
