    • Favorite Thing: Malcesine is situated in the northern part of Lago di Garda, which still belongs to the Veneto Region. The whole place is dominated by the Castello Caligero, which is situated on the top of the cliff right above the lakeshore.
    This picture, which shows the rooftops of Malcesine, was taken from the Castle from where you have a magnificent view of Lago di Garda.

     Great vivid pictures of Malcesine! It is now officially my preffered place along Lago di Garda :) Too bad I stayed only a few hours, but I will return, stay there, and visit the castle and take the cable car too! Cheers!
